Peregrine Constructors, Inc. is the general contractor charged with building select Catamount communities. Peregrine is owned and operated by Chuck Bailey, the principal of Catamount Properties, Ltd.

Peregrine has been in business since 2006 and has served as general contractor on multiple, higher density housing communities. Chuck has considerable construction management experience. Previously, Chuck was responsible for the construction and completion of over $80 million of attached, multi-family construction during the 2002 & 2003 time period in Denver, Colorado. These two projects consisted of 563 residential homes and 39 commercial suites along with two clubhouse facilities, common areas, a 500 space structured parking facility and other improvements.

Chuck has been involved with multi-family construction practically his entire life. Growing up in Steamboat Springs, Colorado during the booming 1970’s provided Chuck the exposure to the harsh realities & difficulties of mountain construction. Additionally, Chuck has completed construction projects in Avon (Beaver Creek) and Crested Butte, Colorado.

With his experience building state-of-the art multi-family communities, Chuck has been exposed to a variety of modern, construction techniques, products and standards. Peregrine will endeavor to employ such expertise on its construction projects.

Peregrine is a captive company focused solely on the construction of select Catamount developments. The objective for Peregrine is to manage the construction process and select top quality subcontractors that will provide an outstanding product for our residents their guests and our investors.
